Keep Fit

It's always a good idea to stay in shape even on a relaxing holiday or a business trip. We are confident that you will find something that suits your needs when you are in Malmö!

If you want to keep fit in the summer, there are many things to do in the heart of Malmö as well as in the surroundings. One choice is to jog or walk in our beautiful parks (see our jogging map below) The city is very bicycle friendly so why not rent a bicycle?

The old moat surrounds the old city and goes through some of Malmö's most breathtaking places. In the centre you can rent pedalboats if you'd like to experience the city canal.

If beach volley or streetball is your thing, you are only minutes away from our sandy beach "Ribban". You can also go windsurfing or fishing around Sibbarp or right next to the marina.

A modern skateboard park and a climbing wall in Stapelbäddsparken is another option.

When weather is bad, you can always have your excercise in the waterpalace Aq-va-kul.

Jogging Trail

There are several possibilities for jogging in central Malmö. You're never far from a park or a jogging trail.

Malmo.com presents a jogging map for your convenience, and in the near future you'll be able to find more maps over other good areas for the jogger.

Close to the city there are several areas of exercise tracks, hiking trails, canoeing and cycle paths.
Approx. 1 km = 0,6 mile / 3 km = 1,8 mile
