Around 20 employees at the Clarion Hotel and Congress Malmö Live may soon have to find higher-paying jobs or risk having to leave Sweden, once the minimum salary requirement for work permits is raised again in June.

The salary requirement for work permit holders from outside the EU will hit 90% of the Swedish median monthly salary, which today sits at SEK 33,390.
