Prices for owner-occupied apartments continue to rise, and the increase is the highest in Stockholm.

In central Stockholm buyers now have to shell out nearly SEK 120,000 per square meter on average for an apartment.

Hans Flink from Svensk Mäklarstatistik says there are two key factors right now that could cause prices to surge — or crash.
