Lyssna: Amphetamine oil worth millions found in beer bottles

Swedish customs (Tullverket) has so far this year seized 80 litres of suspected amphetamine base oil, which is used to make the synthetic stimulant drug amphetamine sulphate.

It's the largest amount discovered in a single year since the authority began keeping statistics.

This week, two men are on trial in Malmö accused of smuggling amphetamine base oil disguised as beer. Both deny any wrongdoing.
