Lyssna: Malmö using ferrets to control exploding rat population ahead of Eurovision

Malmö's rat problem has led to the city to turn to medieval methods to clean-up the city ahead of Eurovision.

Rat-catcher Mona Ghalayini, who has been contracted to curtail the rodent population, is using ferrets and dogs in tandem.

"The ferrets are put into a hole and the dogs catch them when the rats come out on the other side," she tells Swedish Radio P4 Malmöhus.
