Michelin starred restaurants in Malmö

Malmö has for many years been a culinary stronghold. Therefore, it seems quite natural that we now have no fewer than three restaurants with star status in the guide Michelin.

To receive two Michelin stars is a rare luxury. Therefore, when the restaurant Vollmer was awarded a second star the restaurant definitive step up in the very top of the Swedish culinary top room. No Swedish restaurant is today three-star in the Michelin Guide. Chef: Mats Vollmer and Ebbe Vollmer

Now restaurant Sture received its first Michelin star. This old classic restaurant, once known as Sturehof, was taken over in 2016 by the the restaurant Ambience of Vindåkra which already had one one star. Therefore, one can say that one star went in through the door. Chef Karim Khouani.
