Malmö has for many years been a culinary stronghold. Therefore, it seems quite natural that we now have no fewer than three restaurants with star status in the guide Michelin.

To receive two Michelin stars is a rare luxury. Therefore, when the restaurant Vollmers was awarded a second star the restaurant definitive step up in the very top of the Swedish culinary top room. No Swedish restaurant is today three-star in the Michelin Guide. Chef: Mats Vollmer and Ebbe Vollmer

Restaurant Bloom in the Park and Sav retain their former star in the Guide Michelin.

Restaurant Bastard and Namu has both been awarded the BiB Gourmand by Michelin, which is a proof of that the restaurants serves well cooked food to a reasonable price.
