The temporary border controls between Denmark and Sweden may cause delays in the train traffic of up to 15 minutes, according to the local public transport operator Skånetrafiken.

Since noon on Thursday, police are asking travellers and commuters going between Denmark and Sweden to show ID. The ID checks are random and part of the country's recently imposed border controls. Ulrika Mebius, press spokesperson at Skånetrafiken, says that the measure will cause delays and urges people to visit their website for more information about potential delays.
