Delays in train departures from Stockholm

A bird flying into an electrical cable has caused delays of 30-60 minutes in trains departing from Stockholm Central since 10:00 AM Sunday morning.

The delays have affected virtually all long distance tains from Stockholm, especially departures to Gothenburg, Karlstad, Malmö, Östersund, Umeå, Falun, and Borlänge.

The commuter trains, ?pendeltåg?, are running as usual.
