The municipal environment department in Malmö lost a case in the Land and Environment Court concerning an abandoned piece of privately owned land in the center of the city where several hundred poor EU migrants are living.

In the spring, the environment department issued a ban on living on this piece of land, citing health risks to the migrants and to residents in the area.

But the county administrative board cancelled it, saying nobody specific was named in the ban, Swedish Radio P4 Malmöhus reports, and that people cannot be evicted if one does...
