Python on the loose after escaping owner's car

A two-and-a-half-meter-long python was reported to be missing again in Malmö early Monday morning, from its owner's car, which was parked on Hyacintgatan.

"Now, the python is not dangerous, but it can be an uncomfortable experience. We hope that someone rings in early this morning, so we can send a car," said police duty officer Hans Nilsson to news agency TT.

The python had also escaped over the weekend, and was found in a stairwell in southern Malmö on Saturday.

Nilsson calls it "totally unbelievable" that the python has escaped again.
