Explosion injures one in Malmö

A strong explosion hit Malmö early Tuesday and a man had to be taken to hospital with minor injuries.

The blast affected the building of a local association with 30 people inside and damaged two cars, Swedish Radio News reports.

"We met here because it was Bajram, the end of Ramadan. Around 2 a.m., we heard an explosion and most of us were inside. But a man was injured," says Nazar Algerty, who was in the building.

The police have not made any arrests yet.
