Swedish Radio's program "I Lagens Namn" reports that convicted serial killer Peter Mangs had confessed to a doctor in 2002 that he wondered how it would feel to kill someone. The doctor did not report Mangs to the police, and Mangs was able to apply for a gun license and purchase a Glock pistol seven months later. In 2013, Mangs was sentenced to life in prison for two murders and eight attempted murders.
