Lyssna: "The new hipster"

The Möllevången neighborhood, or Möllan, in Malmö, was once poor and working class, but over the years, it's transitioned into a culturally diverse center, with art galleries, cafes, cool clubs, and eateries serving up lots of international cuisines. In short, the neighborhood has gotten hip, but not without a backlash.

Hateful signs have been turning up, stuck onto the facades of second hand stores, record shops and the offices of cultural workers.

The signs say: "Leave Möllan, hipster pigs!". They're illustrated with different images who might fall into the hipster category, like a guy...
