Agriculture officials are sharpening their inspection of strawberries labelled as being grown in Sweden, saying many sellers lie about where their berries come from.

The Swedish Board of Agriculture says falsely labelled strawberries are found each year, and there is a clear indication that the deception is organized. Many Swedes buy the berries to eat for their midsummer celebration in late June.

To find out where the strawberries are grown, inspectors with the board send suspected strawberries to a lab in Germany where its water molecules are analyzed to reveal its origin.
