Anti-Sweden Democrat top not illegal

Wearing a top with a picture of Sweden Democrat leader Jimmie Åkesson with a pistol in his month and the caption "Go back to the 30s racist pig" is not a crime, the attorney general has ruled.

Last autumn, two men showed up near the Sweden Democrat's election stall in central Malmö wearing a sweater and a tank top with that motif. They also brought an additional 13 tops with the same print.

The tops were confiscated and a preliminary investigation was launched into a potential breach...
