Lyssna: Election Authority calls Postnord to meeting to explain election ballot delays

The Swedish Election Authority has summoned postal service Postnord to a meeting on Monday afternoon after receiving over a hundred reports regarding delivery issues related to the election, Swedish Radio News reports.

While all the early votes were eventually accounted for, many municipalities are still awaiting an explanation as to what happened. Postnord was in charge of delivering early ballots to polling stations by election day.
