Hundreds of thousands of people are being urged to not shower, do their washing or water their gardens.

A massive water leak in Skåne in the far south of Sweden is causing issues for hundreds of thousands of people in Sweden's south.

Residents of Malmö, Svedala, Staffanstorp, Vellinge and Burlövs municipality, as well as Dalby and Veberöd in Lund municipality, are being told to dramatically cut their water use.

They're being told to not shower, water their garden, wash dishes or do laundry.
