'The National Day is a very special day'

Sweden's National Day is a special day for Anesa Vucetovic.

The 6th of June has always been a special day in the Swedish calendar. And for 20 years now, what used to be known as The Day of the Swedish Flag is Sweden's national day and a public holiday.

Radio Sweden asked people in the streets of Malmö what the 6th of June means to them.

"I think this year is a bit special because we got our Swedish citizenships late last year," says 31-year-old Ala Daynova.
