Prosecutors are investigating whether two Ukrainian citizens have been exploited at work in Skåne under what are deemed as "clearly unreasonable conditions".

If the prosecutor decides to file charges, it will be the first time the law against exploitation, from 2018, will be used in a case involving Ukrainian citizens.

Prosecutor Caroline Carlquist tells Swedish Radio P4 Malmöhus that the law typically concerns issues regarding pay, working conditions and working hours.
