Growing concern over rising electricity bills has led to a surge in demand for special free advice from energy saving experts at local councils.

Paula Björk, an energy and climate advisor for Malmö City Council, says she's never seen anything like it.

"It's kind of crazy I would say. There's not a quiet moment here right now. There's a lot of people calling in, a lot of people are worried," she tells Radio Sweden.
