Lyssna: Sweden to shorten interval between second and third Covid vaccine dose

Sweden may soon shorten the interval between people's second and third Covid-19 vaccine dose from six to five months.

The Public Health Agency says no official decision has been made, but Ronny Lestander, the vaccine coordinator in Region Västerbotten, told Swedish Radio that the change will be formally announced on Thursday.

Lestander said his region is already booking booster appointments for those who had their second dose five months ago.
