Lyssna: Most regions contact trace with mix of online forms and phone calls

Two-thirds of Sweden's regions contact trace with a mix of online forms and telephone calls, even though the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control recommends calling up positive Covid-19 cases. Only 7 regions say they contact everyone by telephone. Region Stockholm says it would like to call everyone but that's not possible now as it registers almost 10,000 new cases each week.
