While Stockholm and Sörmland have so far been worst hit, so far the southern region of Skåne has been only lightly hit by the novel coronavirus, but this is not the time to relax, says its local health authority on Wednesday.

Head doctor of infectious diseases at the Skåne health authority Eva Melander says they do have confirmed cases in all municipalities of the region, with no particular unusual groups of cases.

Skåne is the region containing Malmö, the third-largest city in Sweden.
