Auditors slam Sweden?s refugee crisis handling

The government and a number of authorities are criticised by the National Audit Office for the way they handled the refugee influx to Sweden in the autumn 2015.

In a debate article in the newspaper Dagens Nyheter the National Audit Office states that the way Swedish authorities handled the unprecedented influx of refugees was lacking in several areas. The Migration Agency, for instance, had not done any risk or vulnerability calculations prior to 2016.
